The software that run's my site has been abandoned by the developer, the experts dug in and pulled their hair out to find the answer to correct the script problem that none of my friends could help me with.
I supplied them with as much info as I could find about this problem from other site owners having the same problem just like me and they took the bull by the horns and took the beast down!!!

I can't express my thanks for saving my web site. I have thousands of hours invested in my site and lots of money.
Not to mention hundreds of customers depending on me to promote their sites as well.

The great support service and the features Siteground has, makes it the most valuable joomla hosting ever. I almost have 6 years using Joomla hostings for my websites.

Pros and Cons

Pros	Great support service!. Just amazing. I already got many troubles with my website due to hackers attack but siteground was always with me. I really appreciate this because it is really helpful have such a kind of support team
Cons	However helpdesk is only by ticketing, they are always there!...no cons!

I am very satisfied with SiteGround, and I will saty for a looong long time; I will also keep referring my friends into Siteground service and I am telling you to get the deal right away... it is probably one of the best hosting providers ever!

Pros and Cons

Pros	Great customer support, technical and sales issues solved right away, kindly and efficiently. Great features available, very easy to use, a lot to take advantage of if you are an advanced user, and a lot of help if you are a novice. Great uptime, I have never had my site down on this server.
Cons	A lot of marketing and promos for new customers, but not that much promos and offers for existing customers... not really a con.

In brief,
Siteground is very well recommended for small personal sites to heavy traffic portals.
I personally host over 25 sites in thier servers and the number is surely growing!

Pros and Cons

Pros	Siteground servers are just perfect for any Joomla, Drupal and wordpress sites! its customer services is really really good! very orginazed help desk system.
Cons	Sometimes the server get slow, but just for the shared servers. Their dedicated servers are at light speed.

Especially good for Joomla!

I can't really agree. Siteground is good, especially for joomla hosting. Very professional staff, able to intall your Joomla, your template and even extensions in minutes. Really impressed with the Hacker guard they have now.

They arbitrarily and unfairly shut my site down claiming that spam was being sent from the application. However, they did not research the situation at all before doing so. The emails being sent were from members of our site - a JomSocial-driven social network - NOT SPAM. They said they would turn it back on if I could "guarantee it would not happen again" - which I could not do because sending "FRIEND REQUESTS" is a function of the site! Also, they stipulated that I must upgrade to the lastest version of Joomla which would have broken several of our components. They were willing to help us with this for $49.50 an hour. So they shut our site down and then expected us to pay them to fix it. Unbelievable!!!!!!!! This is a TRUE STORY and the Joomla community needs to know about it!
