They also provide 1 hour hadware replacement SLA should the hardware for your dedicated servers go wrong.

Users can install Joomla in a matter of minutes through Fantastico Deluxe, which is an auto-installer for servers running CPanel web hosting software. Fantastico Deluxe can be found within HostRocket's cPanel.
